Cheap clothing they advertise and charge as a premium quality brand. No better than the rubbish sold in primark. Bought some polo shirts and wasn’t impressed with the quality, after 1 wash following the instructions they were ruined. Shambles of a company that rely on paying dozens of social media influencers to sell it for them. Same old con.

Delivery not received. Between DHL and Father&Sons there is no accountability! Over £100 down and have had to chase for an update. Disappointing!

Ordered several times and their products really fit me well.
Good quality and finish.
For any niggles, customer service is really fast and helpful.
Returns are really easy too.

I have ordered stuff twice from this company absolutely shocking Customer service, and products not worth the money, the first item a shirt, turned up wrong colour and all the buttons had been broken. Next 2 items were shorts, 1 pair ok the other completely different colour and also a cheaper pair but still charged me for the more expensive pair. Can't get hold of them to return the item and get a refund so stuck with something I don't want. Absolutely disgusting company who clearly employ morons to send and receive orders.
I advise never to order anything from the these people

I have been a customer of this company since they started, I had to return two oversize items which were sent recorded delivery

I have had no confirmation of receipt email, the company makes it impossible to ring them, no number on Google (a bad sign) email bounces. I am now frustrated.

Customer Service is brilliant! I gave my boyfriend a tracksuit as a christmas present and he opened it to find a huge hole in the joggers, I emailed father and sons and they sent me new joggers within 2 days! Amazing customer service ++++++

Good quality shirt . Fits perfect. Quick delivery. The only remark is about the post. If it fits through the door mail box, no need to leave package by the neighbors. I would like that there is place in the order where i can leave instructions for DHL.

Pretty good range pricing a bit high but quality has generally been good on the one faulty item I had they replaced no problems and didn’t want original back.

Delivery is swift with DHL. Fit is good it’s hard to find good slim fitting clothes

14 days return policy over the Christmas period is not good enough. Scam to keep hold of customers money, you would think they would extend over such a busy period as how are you meant to buy a gift for someone and them being able to try it on after Xmas day? Most credible companies let you return end of October to end of January. No still 14 days, Will not be buying again

Amazing products. This is my second time I order from them….. 1 year ago also 1 big order …… amazing customer service ..,.. I did 2 orders….. 1 on my partner name and 1 on my name On the same day ….. I send them a email if they could put the 2 orders together and refund my shipping cost… from 1 order…. They did not replay to my email… but they respond within 2 days on my Instagram chat message….. and they said they will take a look at my email…. They already payd my shipping cost back on my creditcard within 48 hours…. Amazing thank you 🙏🏽. For the amazing customer service ….. also they have amazing high quality very good for athletes my partner is a big fan of there website. He looks amazing in the clothing this is the only brand that is very good fit for fitness athletes I would recommend it to everyone.

Great quality but runs small! The quality is of a high standard no doubt there. However the sizing at least for the shirts run incredibly small. I usually wear an xs but I have to get a medium with this brand. As others have said there is no free postage for returns which isn’t good. Make sure you’re absolutely certain which size to get.

absolutely disgusting customer service, I bought a t-shirt for a wedding £75.00 washed once and its like a dress i have raised a complaint with them and they have not responded to my complaint ive taken this to twitter which i will keep on doing until get a response i will give them 7 days before i do a charge back on my card, avoid this horrendous company at all cost will never buy from them again. will take my business else where

I cannot understand, the bad reviews. I bought two shirts and they a great! Good material good fit.

And yes: YOU HAVE TO BE MUSCULAR! Its the sense of this shop. Clothes for fit men. If you are not, its not for you.

Finally i found printed short arm slim fit shirts. Very rare. I will order again and i hope that the drop more cool print designs.

One star deducted for the refund policies. But you can read them before you order, its a risk. But i recommend the shop owners to change them.

the customer service is crap. They don't care about the customer. As soon as you place an order and they have your money, they will never respond to your emails if you want to return an item etc. And they won't refund you and they will make you pay for return

Very disappointed with the material/quality of the shirts I purchased. Total waste of money. Follow the wash care instructions and they don’t wash well at all. The material is so poor and seams coming away. My partner can no longer wear them. I’m requesting a refund.
